Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer TPU

It meets the requirements of FDA and EU, does not contain plasticizer and has excellent winding property. It is suitable for small rollers and cutters, and has excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and cutting resistance.

Anti-sticking conveyor belt

In the processing of candy and chocolate products, conveyor belts are required to have low temperature resistance (cooling line), anti-sticking, excellent twist (small diameter rolling) and other characteristics. The anti-sticking conveyor belts we made for the production process requirements of our customers have perfectly met this production demand of our customers.

Hot Water/Low Temperature Conveyor Belt

In the processing of meat and poultry products, cold and heat treatment are frequently used. We use polyether TPU to improve the temperature range of conveyor belt products. Whether hot water is clean or refrigerated products are conveyed, the service life of conveyor belt can be improved.

Cutting-resistant conveyor belt

In the processing of fruit and vegetable products, conveyor belts are required to have the characteristics of cutting resistance. The cutting resistance of ordinary TPU material is greatly improved by using high polymer TPU material. For knife edge cutting, the damage resistance of belt is greatly improved, and the "burr" problem of incision is not easy to occur. It greatly improves the appearance protection in the process of food cutting and processing.
